I’m Teresa Barney, a real estate broker with Lotside and 31 years in the business. I help people buy and sell across Snohomish County and a little beyond: houses, view condos, lake properties and acreage.

I believe in honesty, and in serious results with a light-hearted approach. I have always been, and always will be, client focused, not self absorbed. You get straight answers, a clear plan and one person who stays with you from the first conversation to closing day.

In 2025 I earned the Certified Senior Professional designation, because some of the most important moves come later in life: downsizing, moving closer to family, or selling a longtime family home. Those moves deserve patience and care.
